I am stationed in Europe and I bought my wife an new wedding ring for Christmas. A week after the ring was shipped the post offices tracking system said the it was in California. I was worried it wouldn't get here in time for Christmas. I emailed Stones and Gold and they went above and beyond to find out the issue. In the end it ended up just being a tracking system glitch and the ring showed up on time. The ring looks amazing and I cant wait to give it to my wife! I am very thankful for the extra time they put into helping me out. Ill definitely be a customer again.
