Stones & Gold does not ship to APO and FPO addresses at this time. Aside from domestic shipping within the USA, we currently ship to Canada, Great Britain, and Australia through both USPS and FEDEX. If you have further inquiries or need arrangements for delivery to countries other than the countries mentioned above, please call a representative at (213) 833-5888 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the most current list countries authorized for shipment. Our Etsy Shop allows for shipment to a more extensive list of countries including but not limited to Singapore, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, etc.
All shipments are fully insured during transit. International Customers, please contact your countries customs department for additional duties and taxes. Overnight shipping does not apply to customers who purchase outside the United States. Shipping fees are also non-refundable for international freight.
Alternate Shipping Address
If your billing address is a P.O. Box or you would like the item shipped to another address, it is possible. However, we require that you contact your credit card company to have them add the alternative address to your account. This way we can avoid the purchase being flagged for fraud, which will either cancel out your order altogether or delay the process. If you need assistance, you can contact our sales representative to assist in verifying whether both addresses provided are on file with your credit card company.
For your convenience, Saturday delivery can be arranged if weekday delivery is not suitable. Though UPS or FedEx provides this service to a vast majority of US cities, delivery in your area is subject to availability. One of our sales consultants will be glad to assist in verifying whether Saturday delivery is available in your area. If you are interested in requesting UPS or FedEx Saturday Delivery, please contact one of our sales representatives.
Shipping and Handling
All packages shipped from stonesandgold are fully insured until it arrives at your doorstep. For security purposes, signature is required for all deliveries.
Stones & Gold accepts the following forms of payment:
- MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover card.
- Bank Wire Transfer
To make your payment by Bank Wire Transfer, please contact us for instructions at email@example.com or call us at (213) 833-5888. Be sure to include the item SKU# of the items you would like to purchase.
All orders shipped within the State of California will be subject to sales tax.
In addition to the initial ring size ordered at checkout, we warranty complimentary resizing of the ring up to size 9 within the first 30 days from the actual receipt of the item. Anything above finger size 9 will require a surcharge in compensation for the cost of material.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to us and back to the customer, which can be purchased on our website. Most rings can be resized within 3 business days and shipped back to you. Depending on the size discrepancy, some rings will take approximately 8-10 business days to resize.
All items listed on our website are subject to availability. If there is a high volume of order received, an item may be completely sold out before we are able to update our site. If so, our sales consultant will contact you personally and promptly to update you with a new processing time or help you search for a comparable item.
Stones & Gold attempts to ensure that our expansive online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In the event an item is listed with an inaccurate description or incorrect price due to a typo or system error, we reserve the right to correct any and all errors and cancel any orders placed for the item listed at the incorrect price or with the inaccurate description. Due to pricing fluctuations in the diamond and precious metal market, our prices are subject to change without notice.
Product Information and Images
The products on our website are accurately depicted as possible. However, there may still be variances depending on factors such as the setting on your computer monitor, the way certain gemstones reflect light, etc. Products may also appear larger or smaller than their actual size because the photos are zoomed in to provide a more detailed and comprehensive view of the items. Please make sure to look on the description page and the products’ actual measurement to ascertain their actual sizes. In accordance with industry standards and FTC regulations, total carat weight may vary +/- 0.05 carats from the stated weight.
All our products are covered by a limited lifetime guarantee against any manufacturer's defect. We take pride in our artisanship. During the initial 30-day inspection period, starting from when you first receive your item, you should have your item thoroughly inspected to make sure you are satisfied. If 1) the defect is evident, 2) you have never wore the item, 3) original sticker is intact, 4) you still have the original packaging, we will send you a shipping label to ship back the product to us for a repair and/or a replacement. This provision does NOT apply to international shipments.
After that, we suggest that you have your pieces professionally cleaned and all the prongs rechecked by a local jeweler every 6 months to ensure their integrity from daily wear.
Because of daily wear, stones may become loose over time and become dislodged. In the unlikely event that this happens, the lifetime warranty will cover the labor to repair the merchandise as follows:
1) If a stone does fall out and you have the stone, we will repair the item free of charge. However, you are responsible for the shipping fees to and from us.
2) If a stone falls out and you completely lost it, you are responsible for the cost of the new stone to be replaced and the shipping fee to and from us. However, the labor services are free and covered by our lifetime warranty.
If the item has been altered in anyway (e.g., sized, repaired, setting adjustments, ring modifications, engraving) by a jeweler other than Stones & Gold, the warranty will be void.

We offer layaway plans for our items. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us (213) 833-5888 to arrange for the layaway. Layaway plans require 25% deposit to cover material costs and the remaining payments can be made to fit your time budget and schedule. Please note: Your item will NOT be shipped until final payment has cleared.
Stones and Gold Policy and Industry Stance on Conflict Diamonds
stonesandgold adheres to a strict, zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. We only deal with highly reputable and well-known diamond and gemstone suppliers who participate in the system of Warranties and follow the guidelines of the Kimberley Process. All diamonds provided by stonesandgold are obtained through legitimate sources, and are warranted to be conflict free.
The World Diamond Council was formed in 2000 to help stop the trade of conflict diamonds. Governments as well as non-governmental organizations have adopted the Kimberley Process to police trade lines and aid in banning the sale of conflict diamonds. The Kimberley Process, which came into operation on January 1, 2003, is a system to ensure every rough diamond crossing the border is certified conflict free by a strict system of forgery-resistant documents and serial numbers. This process has helped make more than 99% of all diamonds traded in the industry conflict free.

Return Policy Information
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30 days full refund. The 30 days time period begins from the date you receive the product(s). If the item is returned after the 30 day return period expires, the item will be exchangeable for store credit OR 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please contact us at (213) 833-5888 or email us at email@example.com to receive your RAN. Any returns without RAN will not be accepted.
The return package must be postmarked on or within the return policy deadline, which is 7 days from the day we issue you the RAN number. The item must be in its original condition, the tag must be attached, and sent without signs of wear or use. Custom orders and/or engraved orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. If the security tape or seal is broken or shows indication of being tampered with, please do NOT accept the package and contact us immediately.

To return items, please follow these easy steps:
1. Call us at (213) 833-5888 and receive your RAN.
2. Place the jewelry and all of the original materials into a shipping box.
3. For security reasons, do NOT write “Jewelry”, “Gold”, or “Diamond” anywhere on the box’s exterior.
4. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your RAN in the subject line and the tracking number in the body of the email.
Important Reminders About Your Returns
Returns that fail to follow the process will be refused.
1. Returns without RAN will be refused.
2. Products showing signs of wear, or those that have been altered, resized, damaged, and without security tag cannot be returned.
3. Custom items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
4. Shipping and handling rates are NON-REFUNDABLE.
5. If the return is sent without the original jewelry box provided, or the box is damaged, a $10.00 replacement fee will be deducted from refund.
6. Items must be returned with the Original Invoice or a $25.00 replacement fee will be deducted from refund.
7. Items must be returned with the Original Appraisal or a $75.00 replacement fee will be deducted from the refund.
